DAY 1 OF 15 WEEK CHALLENGE.... I BEEN UP SINCE 6AM AND HAVE ALREADY GOT MY 30 MINUTE WALK IN WELL IT WAS COOL... I WILL GET ANOTHER 30 MINUTE WALK IN LATER TODAY. ALSO I DID 30 CHAIR LEG LIFTS, 3 REPS OF 30 RESISTANCE BAND, 2000 ON EASY CYCLE, AND 30 WALL PUSH UPS... THAT WAS ONLY MY AM WORKOUT.. I DO PLAN TO DO MORE LATER TODAY.. I JUST FINISH READING THE BIBLE (ISAIAH 58-62)
