15 WEEK CHALLENGE

• Must weigh in before you start and take a picture.

• Drink at least gallon of water daily
• Stay strict on whatever program that you are using
• Exercise a least 30-60 minutes a daily
• Build a relationship with the Most High ( read bible daily)
• Everyone who participates must go purchase a $20 gift card from the bank and mail it to me. ( I will send address to your inbox)
I will set the prizes once I see how many people join in for the challenge. There will be a 1st place(most weight lost) and 2nd place winner (most percentage lost) I do know. Once I receive the gift cards I will list the prizes.
How to calculate weight loss and percentage
Beginning weight – ending weight = pounds lost
Pounds lost ÷ beginning weight) X 100 = percent weight lost
