DAY 2 OF 15 WEEK CHALLENGE

DAY 2.... UP AT 6AM I GOT MY WALK IN, LEGS EXERCISES FROM THERAPIST, RESISTANCE BANDS... I WILL DO EASY CYCLE, WALK, WALL PUSH UPS AND DANCING LATER TO DAY.. I HAD TO STOP BECAUSE I GOT DIZZY FROM ALL THE MEDS I AM ON.. I WILL NOT LET IT STOP ME IT WILL JUST SLOW ME DOWN..I HAVE 32 OZ OF WATER DWN. ABOUT TO READ THE BIBLE.
