WATER IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR BODY. IT HELPS YOUR BODY TO FUNCTIONS RIGHT. I WAS ONLY DRINKING 64OZ. OF WATER A DAY, IM ABOUT TO BOOST THAT UP TO 128 OZ. I WILL TRY TO WORK MY WAY UPTO 192 OZ.
